How Self-Defense In Disguise Can Save Your Life

By Raemond C Torres

I gave my younger sister a Stun Master 950,000 volt rechargeable lipstick stun gun with flashlight when she started attending college. I am five years older and understand how tough and scary it is to be far from the people on whom you depend for protection.

A stun gun is a non-lethal tool which could electrocute its target and go through 1/2 inch of clothing. What I got her has a disable pin which is pulled out when the gadget is grabbed, rendering it useless to the assailant.

My sister's weapon appears like a regular tube of lipstick. I find disguised stun guns like this reliable. Their brilliant designs will fool even an experienced criminal into believing that they are harmless ordinary things. Hers is extremely portable that she could bring it within her purse or bag.

During my own sophomore year in college, I was strolling home from evening class, having absolutely no idea that two strangers had been following me. I didn't notice them as the street was badly lit and my hands were heavy with books that I hardly saw where I was going.

These guys came out of nowhere to divest me of all my belongings. Only when they heard other people's voices did they go away, sparing me from far more serious danger.

I have since discovered to arm myself with one of those flashlight stun guns on the internet. I use mine to light my way in the dark and ready myself for any kind of surprise attack, and today my sibling can, as well.

Having high voltage stun guns may be the option for her and me both than learning a martial art. In this way, she can simply administer millions of volts of electricity into any attacker with one shot. However, the effects are non permanent and won't cause any permanent damage on the recipient.

I cannot remember a day when I have not brought my lipstick stun gun along with me. I gave my little sister the same advice because it was all I could do in order to protect her even from a distance.
